The sales process was easy and low pressure. My concerns and requests were listened to. Scheduling installation was easy and I didn't have to wait for an installation date. Very respectable and knowledgeable. Liz had answers for all of our questions, and was willing to explain how things work. We received the free water testing. She showed us how to backwash our softener system, and we are replacing the iron filtration in a few days. Looking foward to having her out again! Highly recommend Liz! Aidon came and installed our iron filtration system, did some minor work on our reverse osmosis system and got us all taken care of. Very kind and courteous, highly recommend.
