CGC Water Treatment Reverse Osmosis/Jersey Give Away Contest Rules

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL, AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

Sponsor. The CGC Water Treatment Reverse Osmosis/Jersey Give Away Contest (the “Contest”) is sponsored by CGC Water Treatment (the “Sponsor”), located at 2181 St Johns Bluff Rd South, Jacksonville, Florida 32246

Eligibility. The Contest is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor and other companies associated with the promotion of the Contest, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and advertising and promotion agencies, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. The Contest is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The winner of the Grand Prize must reside in the Sponsor’s service territory and be authorized and legally permitted to have the water system installed at the winner’s residence.

Contest Period. The Contest begins on September 18, 2022 at 02:00 PM Eastern and ends on January 08, 2023 at 11:59 PM Eastern (the “Contest Period”). Entries that are submitted before or after the Contest Period will be disqualified.

How to Enter. Entry forms are available at the Sponsor’s designated booth in the Jaguars Fan Entertainment Zone located at TIAA Bank Field, 1 TIAA Bank Field Drive, Jacksonville, Florida 32202. The booth will be open during the operating hours of the Jaguars Fan Entertainment Zone (which is generally open for up to three (3) hours before kick-off for all Jacksonville Jaguars’ home games). Entrants will be given the option of submitting a paper entry form at the booth or submitting an entry form electronically through a QR code provided by the Sponsor (which may be subject to carrier data rates). Each contestant will be required to provide their name, residence address, daytime phone number, date of birth and email address. Only one (1) entry per person, email address and household is permitted for the duration of the Contest period. Entries received from any person, email address or household in excess of this limitation will be void. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

Prize Drawing. On or about January 10, 2023, the Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The odds of being selected depend on the number of entries received. The Sponsor will attempt to notify the potential winner via telephone or email on or about January 10, 2023. If the potential winner cannot be contacted within five (5) days after the date of the first attempt to contact him/her, the Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner in his/her place at random from the remaining non-winning, eligible entries.

Winner Notification. The potential winners will be notified by email, mail or phone. Each potential Grand and First Prize winner (parent/legal guardian if a minor in his/her state of residence) will be required to complete, electronically sign and submit a required Certificate of Compliance and Release within five (5) days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent, in order to claim his/her prize. If a potential winner cannot be contacted or fails to submit the Certificate of Compliance and Release within the required time period (if applicable), or the prize is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner forfeits the prize. If the potential winner is at least 18 but still considered a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, the Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize in the name of his/her parent or legal guardian, who will be required to sign the Certificate of Compliance and Release on the potential winner’s behalf and fulfill any other requirements imposed on the winner set forth herein. Potential winners must continue to comply with all terms and conditions of these Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, the Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. Only three (3) alternate drawings will be held, after which the prize will remain un-awarded. Prizes will be fulfilled approximately 8-10 weeks after the conclusion of the Contest.

Prizes. The Prizes are as follows:
- Grand Prize: (1) Kinetico K5 Drinking Water Station (Reverse Osmosis Filtration System)
  o Includes installation, filter housing unit, holding tank and faucet.
  o Approximate Retail Value: $2,400.00
- First Prize: (1) Jacksonville Jaguars Jersey autographed by Trevor Lawrence
  o Approximate Retail Value: $150.00
Prizes consist of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize. Limit one (1) prize per family or household. No substitution or transfer of prize is permitted by the winner. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All income taxes resulting from acceptance of the prize are the responsibility of the winner. Acceptance of a prize also constitutes permission to the Sponsor to use the winner’s name and likeness for marketing purposes without further compensation or right of approval, unless prohibited by law.

General Conditions. Participation in the Contest constitutes an entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all manner. The Sponsor will not be responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete or incorrect entries; lost, late or misdirected prize notices; any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, issuance of the QR code or announcement of the prizes, or error or impairment in the operation, security or administration of the Contest (including but not limited to, fraud, virus, bug, worm, or other technical problem). In the event of any such events, the Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify this Contest in a manner it deems appropriate, including but not limited to (a) suspending the Contest to address the impairment and then resuming the Contest in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Rules or (b) terminating the Contest and awarding the prizes at random from among the eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the impairment. The Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or to be acting in violation of these Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Failure by the Sponsor to enforce any provision of these Rules shall not constitute a waiver of this provision.

Disclaimer. The National Football League, its member professional football clubs including the Jacksonville Jaguars, LLC (the “Jaguars”), NFL Ventures, Inc., NFL Ventures, L.P., NFL Productions, Inc., NFL Enterprises, LLC., NFL International LLC, NFL Properties LLC, and each any successor or future entity that is, directly or indirectly, jointly owned and/or controlled by all or substantially all of the NFL member clubs, or owns assets that produce revenues that are required to be shared with other NFL member clubs under the NFL constitution (including any such entity controlled by the NFL member clubs and the Jaguars collectively) and each and all of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees (collectively, the “NFL Entities”) will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this Contest or any prize awarded. The NFL Entities have not offered or sponsored this Contest in any way. Team names and logos are trademarks of the teams indicated.

Release and Limitations of Liability. By participating in the Contest, entrants waive all right to, and agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, Jacksonville Jaguars, LLC, the NFL Entities, any promotion agencies or other companies associated with the Contest, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives, and agents from, any claim, liability, loss, damage (including punitive, incidental, and consequential damages), or expense (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with participation in this Contest or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

Entrant’s Personal Information. Information collected from entrants is subject to and will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy as set forth.

Disputes. Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Contest or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Duval County, Florida. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Rules, entrants’ rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Florida, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules, which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Florida.
